Events that run
exactly as planned.

Launches, activations, and offsites planned end-to-end and executed on the ground by people who've done it before — not a checklist handed to a junior on the day. One point of contact, zero surprises.

PLANNING THAT
SURVIVES CONTACT.

Most event failures aren't creative — they're logistical. A vendor no-shows, a timeline slips, nobody owns the run-of-show. We work differently: one team plans it, sources it, and stands on-site to run it.

Every event ships with a full run-of-show, vendor contacts, and a post-event report — so what happened on the day is never a mystery to your team afterward.

WAYS WE GET
YOUR EVENT ON THE GROUND.

Product Launches & Activations
01

Concept, format, and flow for a launch moment that lands — from a 50-person press preview to a full public activation.

Conferences & Summits
02

Agenda design, speaker logistics, and multi-track scheduling handled so your team can focus on the content, not the clock.

Venue & Vendor Sourcing
03

Shortlisted venues, catering, AV, and production vendors — vetted, negotiated, and contracted on your behalf.

On-Ground Execution
04

A run-of-show and a team physically on-site to run it — check-ins, timelines, and vendors managed live, not remotely.

Team Offsites & Retreats
05

Location, agenda, and logistics for offsites that balance actual work time with the reason people wanted to come.

Guest Management & Reporting
06

RSVPs, check-in flow, and a post-event report with attendance, spend, and what to change next time.

We nail down the goal, headcount, budget, and date before a single venue gets shortlisted.

Venues, vendors, and production partners shortlisted, negotiated, and locked in against your budget.

A full run-of-show, timeline, and contingency plan built out and signed off before the day arrives.

Our team on-site running the timeline, the vendors, and the problems — then a report once it's done.

PICK YOUR
SCALE OF EVENT.

Every tier ships a full run-of-show. If an event needs custom scoping, we say so upfront — never mid-project.

Answers to what founders usually ask before planning an event.

Do you handle vendor contracts and payments directly? +
Yes — we negotiate and contract venues and vendors on your behalf, and manage payments against the budget agreed upfront, so you're not chasing five different invoices.
Will your team actually be on-site on the day? +
Always. Full Production and the Retainer include a dedicated on-site producer running the timeline live; Launch Day includes an execution team for the full event window.
Can you work with a venue or vendor we've already picked? +
Yes — a lot of our work is stepping into a partly-planned event rather than starting from zero. We'll audit what's booked before filling in the rest.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day? +
Every event ships with a contingency plan built in at the planning stage, and our on-site team is authorized to make real-time calls — you're never the first to hear about a problem.
What's the typical timeline for a full production? +
Six to ten weeks from kickoff to event day, depending on scale and how far out the venue and vendors need to be locked in.
On-site team, not a remote coordinator
Full run-of-show handed over, always
Senior producers, not junior coordinators
Fixed-scope pricing, transparent from day one
